Goal: Build a heart of gratitude, empathy, and joy
Week 1 – Family & Home
1. Write down one thing your sibling did today that made you smile.
2. Thank God for your parents and write one thing you appreciate about them.
3. List three ways your home makes you feel safe or loved.
4. Pray for one family member and journal your prayer.
5. Write a thank-you note (real or imagined) to someone in your home.
6. Journal about a chore or task you usually dislike and find one positive side.
7. Reflect on a time your family supported you – write about it.
Week 2 – School & Friends
8. Thank God for a teacher who encourages you.
9. Write a gratitude list of friends
10. who make school easier.
10. Journal one thing you learned today, no matter how small.
11. List one way you helped a friend this week.
12. Reflect on a challenge at school and note one lesson it taught you.
13. Write about a funny or happy moment with friends.
14. Pray for someone at school who struggles or is lonely.
Week 3 – Health & Personal Growth
15. List three things you are thankful for about your body today.
16. Reflect on a moment when you exercised patience. Thank God for that strength.
17. Write about a time you overcame a small fear or challenge.
18. Thank God for one talent or gift you are discovering in yourself.
19. Journal one thing you did today that helped your mental or emotional health.
20. Reflect on a recent mistake and write what it taught you.
21. Thank God for a moment of rest or peace you experienced today.
Week 4 – Faith, Joy & Little Things
22. Write one verse that inspires gratitude and why it encourages you.
23. Journal a prayer of thanks for someone who showed you kindness.
24. List three small joys that made you smile today.
25. Reflect on a blessing that you often take for granted.
26. Write about a recent act of kindness you received.
27. Pray and write down one thing you want to do this week to bless someone else.
28. Reflect on a difficult moment and write one thing you can be thankful for in it.
29. List five things that made today beautiful, no matter how small.
30. Write a letter to God thanking Him for all 30 days of blessings
